Key Responsibilities- Guide and motivate Agile teams to deliver value to customers and stakeholders
- Focus on team member needs and enable them to provide value with the goal of achieving business objectives
- Act as a change agent to proactively help change culture and mindset
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and follow up on defined actions
- Remove impediments and coach teams to apply Agile practices
- Facilitate collaboration within the team and with stakeholders
- Protect the team from outside interference and ensure governance
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a scaled environment
- Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Experience with building new or leading complex Agile teams
- Strong collaboration and team development skills
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Experience in working with virtual, globally distributed teams
