We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master to join our team at Siemens S.A. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a key role in guiding and coaching our Agile teams to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and coach Agile teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
- Focus on team member needs and enable them to deliver value to customers and stakeholders.
- Act as a change agent to promote a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective issue resolution.
- Coach and train teams to apply Agile practices and principles.
- Facilitate collaboration within teams and with stakeholders.
- Protect teams from external interference and ensure governance.
- Evaluate and improve processes to reduce risks and improve predictions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a scaled environment.
- Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in building and leading complex Agile teams.
- Strong collaboration and team development skills.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Experience working with virtual, globally distributed teams.
- Proficient written and spoken English.
