Technical Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to join our StreamOne team at TD SYNNEX Netherlands BV (NL18 Front Office). As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting the technical vision and direction of a team, managing the roadmap and technical team sprint planning, reporting out on the business results to the senior leadership, and working across a myriad of regional and cross-organizational stakeholders to support sustained growth rate and enable rapid innovation in the programs.
This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks, and strategy. You will be responsible for organizing regional stakeholders, identifying opportunities, building product strategy and roadmap, developing business case ROI, establishing and measuring KPIs, defining product features, and assisting business rollout.
Key Responsibilities- Organize Regional Stakeholders (Customer-Business-IT Engagement, Executive Steering Committee)
- Identify Opportunities (Industry Research, Competitive Analysis)
- Build Product Strategy & Roadmap (3-Year Strategy, 4-Quarter Roadmap, 3-Month Backlog)
- Develop Business Case ROI
- Establish and Measure KPIs (Revenue, Margin, Orders, CSAT, NPS, Customer Visits, Accounts)
- Define Product Features (Personas, Customer Journey Maps, Customer Flow Diagrams, User Stories)
- Assist Business Rollout (Business Training, Sales Support)
- 6+ years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Information Systems field of study required.
- Experience in managing technical products (API-driven).
- Knowledge and understanding of API Marketplaces.
