Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our Web Tools Development team for Monopoly GO. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and improving our internal Web Tools that are integral to the day-to-day operations of Scopely Monopoly GO users.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with producers, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for internal web tools.
- Ensure the roadmap aligns with strategic objectives and reflects user feedback.
- Continuously review and refine the roadmap to adapt to changing priorities and emerging requirements.
- Analyze production incidents and map them to strategic initiatives or tactical enhancements, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
- Act as the main bridge between technical teams and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring tools address specific operational needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with the internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the engineering and QA teams to define clear requirements and user stories.
- Work with producers and project managers to facilitate the timely and high-quality delivery of features and improvements.
- Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
- Enhance internal workflows and productivity by providing clear and actionable requirements.
- Ensure the internal tools provide an excellent user experience.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the tools, focusing on operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to internal tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner / Product Manager, preferably with internal tools.
- Strong understanding of tech product management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English skills (both written and spoken).
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with web technologies (preferred C#) and software development processes.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence).
Bonus Points
- Prior experience working on a live F2P game in a product management, game design, or similar role.
- Advanced degree, or equivalent experience, such as a Master's Degree or MBA.
- Good knowledge of Live Operation games, Customer Support and economy tools.
