Project Engineering Manager for Urban Metro Projects

About the Role
Alstom, a leading provider of transportation solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineering Manager to lead the technical aspects of urban metro projects in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the technical contractual scope of the project, ensuring customer acceptance, and mitigating technical risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the technical contractual scope of the project, including customer acceptance and risk mitigation.
- Work closely with teams across the business to represent the project technically, both internally and with customers.
- Specify and validate the transport system solution, ensuring technical consistency and quality, cost, and delay (QCD) compliance.
- Manage project solution customization and parameterization to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) commitments.
- Build and analyze the project requirements database (PRD) and allocate requirements to relevant teams.
- Act as chairman of the Project Change Control Board (CCB) and be responsible for project design and application engineering activities.
- Supervise Verification & Validation activities and be accountable for Engineering WP QCD.
- Provide Bill of Materials (BOM) and lead the project engineering team, allocating tasks and ensuring engineering activities follow-up.

- Strong interfaces management and quality, cost, and delay (QCD) approach.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
