About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineering Manager to lead our Urban Metro Projects team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of our projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the technical contractual scope of the project, ensuring customer acceptance and compliance with regulations.
  • Lead the project solution, customizing and parameterizing our generic solution to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) commitments.
  • Functionally lead the project engineering team, allocating tasks, and ensuring engineering activities follow-up.
  • Verify Project Safety Case and manage the interface with the project core team.
Requirements
  • Engineer profile is a must.
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in METRO systems.
  • Previous project management experience preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Fluent in French is desirable.
