We are seeking a highly skilled HR Support Specialist to join our team. As an HR Support Specialist, you will provide expert guidance and support to employees and managers across different countries.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist employees and managers with various HR-related queries, including compensation, benefits, leave, and global HR processes. You will work closely with the HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and other HR colleagues to deliver exceptional HR services.
This is a full-time position in an international, dynamic environment. We offer a competitive remuneration package, private health insurance, and 26 vacation days with flexibility.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in HR. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with additional languages being a plus. Experience using Microsoft programs like Outlook, Word, and Excel is also necessary.
