HR Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our HR Shared Services team. As an HR Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to employees and managers across different divisions and countries within the Northern Europe region.

Your primary role will involve supporting employees and managers with HR-related queries, including compensation, benefits, leave, and global HR processes such as performance and merit & bonus cycles. You will review changes made by managers or employees in our systems, process them when necessary, and ensure that benefits are adjusted accordingly.

In addition to these day-to-day tasks, you will contribute to improving our processes and ways of working by harmonizing, digitalizing, and making things easier and more efficient for our customers and ourselves. Your ideas on how to achieve this will be valued and implemented through participation in improvement initiatives.

You will work closely with the HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and other HR colleagues to provide the best possible HR service to our employees and managers. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Shared Services team reporting to the HR Shared Service Centre based in Amersfoort, the Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Review and process changes made by managers or employees in our systems.
  • Ensure that benefits are adjusted accordingly.
  • Contribute to improving our processes and ways of working.
  • Participate in improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with the HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and other HR colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in HR.
  • Fluent in English, Dutch (or other languages).
  • Experience using Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Experience in Workday and other HR Systems (desired).
  • Customer-oriented and high level of organizational and communication skills.
