We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Activation Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in building iconic brands, such as Special K, Corn Flakes, and Choco Crispies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute shopper marketing plans to drive sales and market share growth.
- Collaborate with central headquarters in Dublin to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Work closely with local agencies to create strong brand activation plans.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) assets to ensure in-store execution.
- Evaluate performance of initiatives and be accountable for market share growth.
- Collaborate with Sales teams and customers to maximize brand support and new product development success.
**Requirements**
- University degree in marketing or related field.
- Previous experience in brand activation/brand management roles in Spain, with a passion for brands and bringing them to life in stores.
- Business understanding and financial acumen with a focus on results and an analytical approach, coupled with a good command of Excel, Nielsen/Circana/Kantar.
- Strategic mindset, showing a focus on collaboration and the ability to identify future opportunities, make choices, and work with broader teams to influence plans.
- Proficiency in communicating effectively in both English and Spanish.
