About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a SAP Digital Transformation Intern. As a member of our global digital customer experience team, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our digital operating model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify key information and trends in support of decision making
  • Schedule, develop, track and gain approval for customer reference stories and best practices
  • Support with document preparation and executive communication for content geared towards senior leadership and extended value advisory team
  • Support collection and synthesis of inputs from diverse stakeholder groups to create wholistic, executive-level deliverables
  • Assist with enablement programs aimed at educating various stakeholders

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor/Master's Degree with focus on finance, management, strategy, consulting or combination of these
  • Previous internship experience required, preferably in a large organisation
  • Experience in cross-functional teams, ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical & modelling skills
  • Ability to develop storylines, build high-quality PowerPoint presentations
  • Keen eye for detail in content creation
  • Excellent presentation & facilitation skills (in person & virtual)
  • Problem-solver with tenacity to get the job done
  • Appetite to learn & positive attitude
  • Passion for technology (SAP knowledge not required)
  • Full fluency in English
