Job Summary

Teleperformance, a global leader in customer experience management, is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct competent advice and sales discussions with pre-qualified customer leads to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide informed and personalized solutions to customers.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to receive and respond to customer leads in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive experience for customers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, and multi-channel environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a native level of Swedish.
