Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager, R&C Managed Services to join our Data & AI Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, executing, and delivering screening and remediation projects to our clients globally.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English verbal and written communication skills, experience conducting data collection and analysis using Excel and Google Sheets, and handled projects independently along with managing client/sales relationships.

They will also have experience in SQL and Python with applications for data analysis, working with large datasets, including statistical analyses and data visualisation, and a strong sense of urgency by responding immediately to escalated issues and rapidly changing priorities.

The Delivery Manager, R&C Managed Services will work with project teams based in Europe and the US, collaborating with different parties across different time zones.

We are looking for a high level of ownership and independence, critical and creative thinking, and excellent organizing and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be a key representative of the R&C Managed Services team in dealings with clients, particularly strategic clients, working with partners in Sales and Product.

They will provide quotes and assist with contractual documents, communicate regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback and arrange necessary actions/follow ups if needed.

The Delivery Manager, R&C Managed Services will ensure that clients receive clear, responsive communication to queries relating to the Dow Jones screening, reviewing and proofing process and its content across the regions.

They will also ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives and agreed timelines, as well as overseeing the entire screening life cycle of the project.

Design, develop and maintain optimized automation solutions that meet reporting or process improvement needs.

Develop optimized scripts and visualizations that are fast and easy to comprehend.

Together with the Manager, R&C Managed Services, work with Product for assessing product enhancements based on internal or client feedback.

Review end-to-end processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

Support R&C team with translation services as and when required.

You Will:

Be a key representative of the R&C Managed Services team in dealings with clients, particularly strategic clients, working with partners in Sales and Product.

Provide quotes and assist with contractual documents. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback and arrange necessary actions/follow ups if needed.

Manage a portfolio of solutions, work with multiple stakeholders and communicate progress and blockers with the project team and sponsors.

Ensure that clients receive clear, responsive communication to queries relating to the Dow Jones screening, reviewing and proofing process and its content across the regions; and that requests from clients and potential clients are dealt with effectively, consistently and timely.

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives and agreed timelines, as well as overseeing the entire screening life cycle of the project.

You Have:

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills;

Experience conducting data collection and analysis using Excel and Google Sheets; Handled projects independently along with managing client/sales relationships; Experience in SQL and Python with applications for data analysis. Experience working with large datasets, including statistical analyses and data visualisation (such as Tableau, Power Pivot or Power BI), dashboard building, data mining, or data cleansing/transformation; A strong sense of urgency by responding immediately to escalated issues and rapidly changing priorities; Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment; An openness to different views and opinions and an appreciation for team diversity;

Preferred:

Experience with name (or transaction) screening;

Experience with Factiva, Dow Jones Risk and Compliance (or similar products) are considered an advantage; Experience with project management; Knowledge of other programming languages is a plus.
