Overview: We are looking for a skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Service Finance team, you will be responsible for partnering with the Service area to provide financial insights and recommendations.
About the Role:
- Coordinate yearly budget and monthly forecast process for the Service organization.
- Provide insights into monthly performance of the organization to support consolidation of the Regional financial statement and governance towards the Headquarter.
- Active participation in relevant governance meetings to ensure a common understanding of performance and action points.
- Support Service management in maximizing business opportunities (i.e. support business cases, improvement initiatives).
- Promote financial process improvement and standardization in the region.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports/analysis as required by the business.
Requirements:
- University degree with a major in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in project controlling, financial analysis, and business performance management, preferably within multinational companies.
- Experienced user of SAP, SAP/BI, and/or SAP HANA.
- Preferred experience in using data visualization tools (Power BI, SAC).
- Experience in POC (percentage of completion) accounting method is beneficial.
- Full English proficiency is required; Spanish is desirable.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to coordinate across functions with multiple stakeholders and input providers.
- Enhanced communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify value-adding changes to the status quo.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work on several projects in parallel.
