Job Overview:

This Senior-level position is responsible for supporting global and local finance leadership as their IT business partner and implementation partner. The role requires expertise in Project and Portfolio Management, exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support global and local finance leadership as their IT business partner and implementation partner.
  • Understand and influence IT needs and priorities of global finance functions through business engagement.
  • Create improved business outcomes through the effective use of IT resources.
  • Ensure the management of IT-related business risks.
  • Coordinate work performed by IT staff and internal customers/business partners/vendors.
  • Drive growth in robotic process automation within the company and manage the team working on this enterprise solution.
  • Ensure the platform is scalable, stable, and up-to-date.
  • Evangelize the automation of the company throughout its operations.
  • Work with senior leaders to establish goals and operating plans for programs and operate within budget parameters.
  • Build long-term relationships with key business stakeholders and their teams.
  • Drive new technology initiatives from idea to implementation, including development of business cases through post-mortem reviews and ROI reconciliations.
  • Responsible for ensuring a scalable and stable platform for the company, working closely with Application Support Teams.
  • Typically manages teams through subordinate managers in complex technology areas.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in IT or Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • 7+ years of relevant technical or business work experience.
  • 7+ years of implementation and delivery services, preferable for large complex multi-year finance programs.
  • Consistent utilization of best practices and methodologies to ensure demand management and planning, projects portfolio management, and support for customers are met.
  • Ability to understand inter-dependencies between IT and business initiatives to effectively leverage resources.
  • Experienced in Agile projects and MVP delivery.
  • SWOT analysis and problem-solving competencies.
  • Expert understanding of business functional and operating needs in highly complex environments.
  • Excellent IT finance, customer budget, and proposal management.
  • Ability to review and change processes to achieve best practice standards.
  • Superior influence skills to gain commitment from others and foster collaboration.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Excellent situation management and leadership in critical situations.
  • Outstanding critical negotiation skills.
  • Strong attitude to build and maintain informal networks inside the customer organization and internally to Empresa Reconocida.
