Vueling Airlines SA is seeking a results-driven Creative & Campaign Manager to join its team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and leads. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, project management skills, and a deep understanding of marketing channels and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead & Coordinate Creative Teams: The selected candidate will lead and coordinate Vueling's creative teams (designers, account managers, media specialists, copywriters) and external agencies (advertising and media).
- Develop Global Marketing Plans: The candidate will co-develop and execute the global marketing plan for all markets and channels based on input from stakeholders, markets, and the marketing areas.
- Coordinate Campaign Execution: They will coordinate the execution of brand and corporate campaigns involving multiple departments: partnerships & activations, social media, communications, public affairs, sustainability, and more.
- Create Compelling Content: The selected candidate will brainstorm and create compelling creative concepts and content aligned with the brand messages and target audience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in PR & Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- Master's degree in Brand Marketing, Marketing Management, MBA, or related areas.
- 10+ years' experience in brand management, developing successful campaigns & strategies for relevant brands.
- Experience in Brand or Advertising agencies will be mostly appreciated.
