Job Purpose

Lead the development and execution of Vueling's global creative and marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, engagement, and business impact. Manage internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality, data-driven campaigns across all markets and channels.

Main Accountabilities

• Develop and execute global marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategy.
• Lead and coordinate Vueling's creative team and external agencies.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for campaign execution.
• Optimize marketing strategies based on performance data and KPIs.
• Oversee storytelling, content creation, and media alignment.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and activations.

Main Responsibilities - Tasks

• Co-develop and implement Vueling's marketing plan across all channels and markets.
• Brainstorm and execute creative concepts aligned with brand identity and target audience.
• Oversee production and distribution of creative assets across ATL, BTL, digital, and promotions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, Sales, Communications, Public Affairs, etc.) for campaign alignment.
• Direct video and photo productions to enhance brand storytelling.
• Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Define and analyze campaign KPIs, optimizing performance based on insights.

Main Relationships

• Internal: Brand Strategy, Media, CRM, Commercial Strategy, Public Affairs, Revenue Management.
• External: Advertising and media agencies, creative production teams, digital platforms.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in PR & Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
• Master's degree in Brand Marketing, Marketing Management, or MBA preferred.

Experience

• 10+ years in brand management, campaign development, or strategic marketing.
• Experience in brand or advertising agencies is highly valued.
• Proven leadership in managing creative teams and collaborating with external agencies.
• Strong expertise in multi-channel campaign planning and execution.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Creativity with a strategic and results-driven mindset.
• Data analysis and performance tracking to optimize campaigns.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage international projects with cultural adaptability.

Proficient in Spanish and English
