Tus funciones incluirán:
  • Buscar candidatos utilizando herramientas como LinkedIn y otros portales de empleo.
  • Realizar entrevistas telefónicas y por videollamada para evaluar a los candidatos.
  • Cribar CVs y seleccionar a los candidatos adecuados para las posiciones abiertas.
  • Elaborar informes sobre candidatos y sus perfiles para el equipo de reclutamiento.
  • Colaborar en la creación y publicación de descripciones de trabajo atractivas y precisas.
  • Participar en la gestión y actualización de la base de datos de candidatos.
  • Realizar seguimiento de candidatos durante el proceso de selección y mantener una comunicación fluida.
  • Contribuir a la mejora continua de los procesos de reclutamiento y selección.
  • Investigar tendencias de reclutamiento y mejores prácticas en la industria tecnológica.
¿Qué buscamos en ti?
  • Que puedas firmar un acuerdo de prácticas con tu universidad o centro de estudios.
  • Estudios finalizados o a punto de finalizar en áreas como ADE, RRHH o Psicología.
  • Un nivel de inglés es valorable.
