About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Country Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our Business Operations team, you'll be responsible for driving growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and developing effective go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering their growth and development.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with major clients and officials, driving business growth and expansion.
  3. Develop and manage the sales pipeline, sharing regular updates with the management team.
  4. Negotiate and close deals with major corporations, leading the way in the market.
  5. Steer the go-to-market strategy, setting KPIs, planning task allocation, and determining team and market objectives.
  6. Provide market feedback to the Product team, ensuring Bolt Business solutions meet business needs.
  7. Monitor emerging markets, identify new opportunities, and respond to market shifts and challenges.
About You
  1. You hold a degree and have at least 6 years of experience in fast-paced B2B sales, with expertise in selling business services to SMEs/SMBs and mid-market clients.
  2. You have proven experience in managing a Sales team, possessing leadership qualities that enable you to motivate and mentor your team.
  3. You have a proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing enterprise deals, ideally selling a service to large businesses.
  4. You excel in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets with practical strategies and tactics, especially in high-growth sectors like shared economy, technology, transport, and startups.
  5. You're a CRM expert (preferably Salesforce) who can examine data to optimize your team's activities and identify patterns and trends within the data.
  6. You can effectively communicate in English and Spanish, efficiently network, and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
