Field Sales Manager

We are seeking a passionate Field Sales Manager to join our team in the EUAU region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the right strategy in the point of sale for all our brands and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Field Business plans in collaboration with Key Account Managers for Spain and Portugal.
- Interface with other departments within the company as the communication point for everything related to the point of sale.
- Manage the Field Sales Team with our Field Sales Partner.
- Ensure the achievement of defined KPI targets: Distribution, Share of shelf, additional sort placements, Out of stocks.
- Promotional execution - Ensure desired promotions are in place and running.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration/Economics.
- 2/3 years in a Multinational environment (preferable FMCG industry).
- English C1.
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or other graduate degree.
- Ability to influence the indirect sales force team to maximize their contribution and potential.
- Ability to develop strong relationships externally (within the Point of sale) and internally (within General Mills).
- Strong ability to work with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Well-developed analytical skills.
- Strong growth and creative mindset.
- Highly oriented to results.
