About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated User Acquisition Manager to join our team at Sandsoft. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote our mobile games and grow our player base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage user acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels, including Facebook, Google, and mobile ad networks.
  • Analyze and report performance metrics to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including artists, engineers, and data scientists, to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute AB testing strategies to optimize advertising and app store creatives.
  • Work closely with game studios to develop and implement marketing-related features.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on mobile games.
  • Proven track record of success in managing user acquisition campaigns and driving growth.
