Unlock Your Potential as a User Acquisition Manager

We're seeking a seasoned User Acquisition Manager to join our App Marketing team in Barcelona (hybrid) to drive growth and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to ensure alignment with publisher requirements.
  • Design and execute testing and learning agendas for media buying, audiences, content/promotions, and creatives.
  • Work closely with other departments to design and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Improve current best practices and document processes for campaign launch and ongoing optimization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in app marketing, app metrics, app tracking, and measurement.
  • Critical and strategic thinking with the ability to design media, audience, and engagement strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data for optimization decisions and generate insights.
  • Hands-on experience with media buying platforms (e.g., Facebook/Instagram, Google, Display Networks, Apple Search Ads, TikTok).
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-driven to achieve results.
  • Experience with tracking and attribution solutions for Apps (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular, Firebase, GA4) is a plus.
