Key Responsibilities- Formulate the right IT solution strategy for the Factory Cluster, aligning with the company's Digital and IT (D&IT) strategy.
- Drive the selection, design, and delivery of IT solutions to support the Factory Cluster's growth and transformation objectives.
- Lead the detailed project planning and execution of approved projects, adhering to the company's Project Management Framework and established IT standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure that 3rd-party solution providers and external project resources comply with the company's quality standards and fulfill agreed-upon project commitments and contractual obligations.
- Exercise fiscal discipline and transparency in the overall project budget management, ensuring adherence to the company's IT and Corporate governance standards.
- University Degree or equivalent qualifications in Computer studies.
- 3+ years' experience in the IT discipline, with 1+ year in IT Management of Business Solutions teams (including people management).
- Preferred background of employment experience in multinational companies.
- Good working knowledge of business and related processes in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent English (both written and verbal) and fluent Spanish.
- Experience in Supply Chain related applications/solutions.
- Experience in new technologies catering for Data and Analytics, User Experience, Power Platform.
- Business process and requirements analysis.
- Solutions design and related architecture.
- Project management (medium to large-scale projects).
- Supplier management.
