This role is part of the local factory management team at JTI, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community.
As a solution architect, you will be responsible for driving the selection, design, and delivery of IT solutions to support the Factory and Delivery/Deployment Program's growth and transformation objectives.
You will engage with business stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of business requirements and alignment with strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively engaging with cluster business stakeholders and Delivery Deployment Program teammates to gain a solid understanding of related processes.
- Serving as an IT solution consultant to business stakeholders and mapping relevant technologies and D&IT services to support business plans.
- Evaluating current and anticipated demand for D&IT solutions and services vis-a-vis business and D&IT priorities.
You will lead the detailed project planning and execution of approved projects, ensuring adherence to JTI's Project Management Framework, established IT standards, policies, and procedures, J-Sox controls, and industry best practices.
Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that 3rd-party solution providers and external project resources comply with JTI quality standards and fulfill agreed-upon project commitments and contractual obligations.
This role requires fiscal discipline and transparency in project budget management while ensuring adherence to JTI IT and Corporate governance standards.
