About the Role

This exciting opportunity is with JTI, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. As a key member of the Factory Cluster team, you will play a vital role in shaping the IT strategy and delivery for the Factory Cluster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate the right IT solution strategy for the Factory Cluster, aligning with the company's Digital IT (DIT) strategy.
  • Drive the selection, design, and delivery of IT solutions to support the Factory Cluster's growth and transformation objectives.
  • Lead the detailed project planning and execution of approved projects, adhering to JTI's Project Management Framework and established IT standards.
  • Ensure that 3rd-party solution providers and external project resources comply with JTI quality standards and contractual obligations.
What You'll Do

You will serve as an IT solution consultant to business stakeholders, mapping relevant technologies and DIT services to support business execution. You will evaluate the current and anticipated demand for DIT solutions and services, supporting the IT Lead in demand management and business stakeholder management.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent business relationship management skills, with the ability to engage with relevant cluster business stakeholders and Delivery-Deployment Program teammates. You will also need to have a solid understanding of IT solutions and services, with the ability to evaluate current and anticipated demand.
