Executive Sales Director

About This Role
The Executive Sales Director will be responsible for leading a team of sales directors to drive the achievement of sales strategy and related operational targets and profit margins for the Managed Services (MS) portfolio of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy
Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and drives revenue growth for the MS portfolio.
Lead Sales TeamLead a team of sales directors who are accountable for ensuring the achievement of MS Sales targets.
Manage Key Customer RelationshipsManage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
Drive Regional DevelopmentDrive the regional development and execution of the Group Services Product Managed Services portfolio vision and roadmap.
Manage Budget and ProfitOwn MS profit and loss, including revenue and operating profit and related TCV GP of MS bookings.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge base on industry verticals as well as MS solutions and services. They will also possess substantial management and leadership skills and the ability to think at a strategy level. Strong written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders at different levels, and significant business financial skills are also required.
