Lead Generation Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lead Generation Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and qualify new business leads through cold calling, email, and social media outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and pain points
- Develop and execute lead qualification and scoring processes to ensure high-quality leads are passed to the sales team
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide value proposition to potential clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and customer databases
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in lead generation and cold calling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in German, both written and verbal
