About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lead Generation Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business leads through cold calling, email, and social media outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and pain points
  • Develop and execute lead qualification and scoring processes to ensure high-quality leads are passed to the sales team
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide value proposition to potential clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and customer databases
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in lead generation and cold calling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in German, both written and verbal
