Strategic Programs Director

Main Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development of corporate client portfolios at an international level, strengthening IESE's position as a worldwide leader in management development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong international background, experience in management consulting, executive development, and organizational transformation, and excellent communication skills.

Key Tasks:
  1. Business Development: Establish strategic relationships between IESE Custom programs and faculty with potential client partners, and support the custom programs development process from proactive sales through transformational journey design and implementation.
  2. Customer Needs Analysis: Collaborate with IESE Faculty and custom partners to design transformational programs that meet client needs and objectives, with a focus on maximizing impact on participants and their companies.
  3. Program Implementation: Ensure the smooth execution of programs, including hospitality and care of participants, and supervise staff providing logistic support during programs.
  4. Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate c-suite members, HR development counterparts, senior faculty, and design and implementation partners.
Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, preferably from a top-ranking European or American school, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, project management, or consulting, with a proven international focus.

Experience with learning methodologies and online learning implementation is also required.
