**Key Responsibilities**
As a Strategic Programs Director, you will be responsible for leading the development of a corporate client portfolio at an international level, strengthening our position as a worldwide leader in management development. Your key tasks will include:
- Establishing strategic relationships between our custom programs and faculty with potential client partners
- Supporting the custom programs development process from proactive sales through transformational journey design and implementation
- Understanding strategic challenges, transformational needs of an organization, and translating them into an impactful value-add learning journey for top executives
- Strong stakeholder management skills are a must
**Business Development**
You will be responsible for proactively presenting and selling strategic high-impact custom programs to diverse organizations, including multinational corporations, family businesses, professional associations, and non-profits. This business development involves establishing a target organization plan considering our mission, strategic regions, and faculty interest and expertise.
**Program Implementation**
You will ensure hospitality and care of all program participants, supervise the staff who will provide logistic support during related programs, and provide ongoing attention on content delivery and participant impact during implementation to make just-in-time design adjustments to guarantee maximum program impact.
**Partner Relationship Management**
Exquisite relationship management with a boutique approach for all partners of custom programs is critical, including corporate c-suite members, HR development counterparts, senior faculty, and design and implementation partners.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree (B. S. / B. A.), preferably in Business Studies
- MBA at a top-ranking European or American school would be desirable
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in business development, project management, or consulting, and executive development with a proven international focus
- Experience with learning methodologies and online learning implementation is needed
