Senior Marketing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team at Amenitiz. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for optimizing our marketing efforts to achieve maximum efficiency and output, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Collaboration: Act as the bridge between the Marketing, Sales, and Onboarding teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment in strategies and objectives.
- Data Oversight: Monitor the quality and integrity of data within Hubspot and other marketing platforms.
- Process Management: Regularly review and refine marketing processes for optimal efficiency.
- Tool Management: Oversee the use of Hubspot and connected platforms.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for the marketing team.
- Multiple years of experience in marketing operations.
- Proven expertise in streamlining and enhancing business processes for heightened efficiency, as well as familiarity with scaling and refining processes to fit the evolving needs of a growing organization.
- Strong skills in handling, interpreting, and analyzing data, as well as converting insights into tangible, actionable strategies.
- Tool proficiency and experience with various marketing tools, especially CRM platforms like Hubspot.
- Communication and presentation skills, fostering communication across various departments, ensuring alignment in objectives and strategies, as well as presenting complex projects to leadership teams.
- Strategic thinking, demonstrating the ability to envision the broader picture, thinking several steps ahead. Proficient in crafting long-term strategic plans that align with the company's objectives.
