About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team at Amenitiz. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for optimizing our marketing efforts to achieve maximum efficiency and output.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate Strategically: Act as the bridge between the Marketing, Sales, and Onboarding teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment in strategies and objectives.
  2. Oversee Data: Monitor the quality and integrity of data within Hubspot and other marketing platforms.
  3. Manage Processes: Regularly review and refine marketing processes for optimal efficiency.
  4. Manage Tools: Oversee the use of Hubspot and connected platforms.
  5. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for the marketing team.
Requirements:
  1. Multiple years of experience in marketing operations.
  2. Proven expertise in streamlining and enhancing business processes for heightened efficiency, as well as familiarity with scaling and refining processes to fit the evolving needs of a growing organization.
  3. Strong skills in handling, interpreting, and analyzing data, and converting insights into tangible, actionable strategies.
  4. Tool proficiency and experience with various marketing tools, especially CRM platforms like Hubspot.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, fostering communication across various departments, ensuring alignment in objectives and strategies, and presenting complex projects to leadership teams.
  6. Strategic thinking, demonstrating the ability to envision the broader picture, thinking several steps ahead.
