About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and multilingual individual to join our Contact Centre team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests from around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Proactively resolve complaints and provide solutions to meet customer needs
  • Work flexible shift patterns, including rotating daytime and occasional night shifts
Requirements
  • Fluent Danish and strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
