About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Babel Profiles in Barcelona. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial teams across different regions, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support for business operations, including processing liquid bulk and gas transactions within the European merchant.
  2. Commercial Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial teams, facilitating communication and resolving queries.
  3. System Maintenance: Ensure the integrity of SAP and Salesforce Automation Data systems, guaranteeing accurate and up-to-date information.
  4. Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
  5. Pricing Support: Provide assistance with pricing programs as needed.
  6. Business Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with other business areas, fostering collaboration and mutual understanding.
  7. Leadership Liaison: Liaise with business functional leadership teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  1. Language Proficiency: Native level of Czech or Slovak and full professional level of English (C1).
  2. Experience: Ideally 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer support role.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  4. Work Style: Proactive and positive mentality, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work autonomously under pressure.
  5. Teamwork: Strong team player with high organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Technical Skills: Good command of Microsoft Office and SAP (a plus).
