Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Fusion Account Based Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new and expansion Fusion business within our assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new and expansion Fusion business within assigned accounts through strategic outbound prospecting and driving high-impact/value-based sales opportunities.
  • Manage a pipeline of Fusion opportunities from creation to close.
  • Utilize technical reps to grow deal size or advance purchasing decisions within opportunities.
  • Achieve quarterly quotas towards yearly goals.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with Autodesk's Strategic and Territory sales teams, channel partners, technical sales, customer success, and Account-based marketeers to develop and execute on account plans.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of sales experience (Business Development, Account Executive).
  • Over-the-phone, Zoom/Team qualification, discovery, and closing skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce (or comparable CRM), prospecting tools, Zoom, and VoIP.
  • Fluent English and German language.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing business industry knowledge is desirable but not required.
  • SaaS experience is a plus.
