Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes, streamlining procurement processes to reduce costs.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a diverse, global team of procurement professionals, fostering a high-performance and continuous improvement culture and driving process design and execution initiatives to future-proof the function.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the procurement shared services, ensuring efficient execution and continuous improvement.
  • Engage and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure procurement strategies support overall business objectives.
  • Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement process and shared services, analyze data, benchmark against industry best practices, and report on performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage the procurement budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the procurement processes and shared services remain competitive and effective.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and prepare and present reports to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Experience in team management
  • Experience in supply chain
  • Experience working with, presenting to, and influencing senior executives up to VP level
  • MBA
