Procurement Leader

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and executing tail spend strategies within the Global Procurement Organization (GPO). The successful candidate will ensure procurement operations are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for managing tail spend, streamlining and automating procurement processes to reduce costs.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a diverse, global team of procurement professionals, fostering a high-performance and continuous improvement culture.
- Drive tail spend catalogue efficiencies at scale, engaging and collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure procurement strategies support overall business objectives.
- Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement process and shared services, analyzing data and benchmarking against industry best practices.
- Develop and manage the procurement budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure procurement processes and shared services remain competitive and effective.
Requirements:
- Experience in team management and supply chain.
- Experience working with, presenting to, and influencing senior executives up to VP level.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization, MBA.
