Amazon is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to lead our EU Central Services procurement team. As Head of Procurement, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing procurement operations to support our EMEA business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead a diverse team of procurement professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and driving process design and execution.
- Oversee day-to-day procurement operations, ensuring efficient execution and continuous improvement.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure procurement strategies support overall business objectives.
- Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement processes and shared services.
- Experience in team management and supply chain.
- Ability to work with senior executives and influence decision-making.
- Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and process improvement.
