Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes, streamlining our procurement processes to reduce costs.
- Lead and Develop a Global Team: Lead, develop, and inspire a diverse, global team of procurement professionals, fostering a high-performance and continuous improvement culture and driving process design and execution initiatives to future-proof our function.
- Oversee Procurement Shared Services: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our procurement shared services, ensuring efficient execution and continuous improvement.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Engage and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, including finance, operations, IT, suppliers, and industry experts, to ensure our procurement strategies support overall business objectives.
- Define and Measure KPIs: Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement process and shared services, analyze data, benchmark against industry best practices, and report on performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage Procurement Budget: Develop and manage the procurement budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our procurement processes and shared services remain competitive and effective.
Requirements:
- Experience in Team Management: Experience in team management.
- Experience in Supply Chain: Experience in supply chain.
- Experience Working with Senior Executives: Experience working with, presenting to, and influencing senior executives up to VP level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience Implementing Repeatable Processes: Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.

- Experience Defining Program Requirements: Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements.
