Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for managing tail spend and streamlining procurement processes
- Lead a diverse team of procurement professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and driving process design and execution initiatives
- Drive tail spend catalogue efficiencies at scale and engage with key stakeholders to ensure procurement strategies support overall business objectives
- Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement processes and shared services, analyze data, and report on performance to drive continuous improvement
- Develop and manage the procurement budget, ensuring financial targets are met
- Experience in team management and supply chain management
- Experience working with senior executives and influencing business decisions
- Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to manage and streamline procurement activities and operations across multiple business units
