">We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Messaging System Specialist to join our team at BNP Paribas. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our messaging systems and providing top-notch support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
">Your primary responsibilities as an Enterprise Messaging System Specialist will include:
- Providing level 2 technical support for Microsoft Exchange and Identity issues
- Working with regional L3 Messaging teams to resolve complex incidents and provide knowledge transfer
- Liaising with Business Application Teams, Regional IT Teams, Global Infrastructure Support, and IT Security Teams to resolve issues and deliver projects
- Ensuring the coordination and collaboration with Team Leaders of the relevant functional area
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in complex IT infrastructure environments
- Experience working in large organizations with matrix reporting lines
- Fluency in English
- Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory
- Understanding of core IT infrastructure setup, including PowerShell scripts, Wintel systems, network topology, and Windows operating systems
