About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Installation Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for planning and managing all installation activities for the project, ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage installation activities, ensuring compliance with project strategy, D&IS SIG, and SECURITY standards.
  • Manage internal interfaces with Project Engineering, Industrial, Supply Chain, Test and Commissioning, Sourcing, and external technical interfaces with Partners, Third Parties, and Customers.
  • Organize and manage installation work, including monthly work package reviews with the Project Manager to control, analyze, and evaluate costs and resources evolution, deviations, material, schedule, risk identification, and mitigation plan for installation activities.
  • Deliver engineering studies, including Bill of Installation Materials/Quantities, Method Statements, Installation Materials Specification Requirements, Installation drawings, and configuration.
  • Assist procurement, focusing on Installation suppliers.
  • Prepare and manage installation, including installation work, work permits, interfaces with Warehouse, and installation suppliers and subcontractors/subcontractors.
  • Ensure EHS on field, with guidance and support from the Project team member in charge of Project EHS coordination, adhering to Alstom's zero deviation policies and ensuring installers or subcontractors follow Alstom's EHS policies.
  • Monitor and manage QCD performances, including EHS and RSA-Railway Safety, reporting and anticipating issues, and monitoring milestone progress dashboard with regular project KPI reports.
  • Assess monthly the subcontractor and generate/acquire from subcontractor: action plan progress, report, review, and progress.
  • Deploy and ensure the SIG and SECURITY Installation Process is applied as per the tailoring rules agreed with the RC IM, including regular updates of Installation Strategy Checklist, subcontractor share of responsibility, and share of works as per project dynamics.
About You

We value passion and attitude over experience. We're looking for someone with a university degree in Engineering and 3-5 years of experience/knowledge in field work execution in the railway sector. Experience in management and evaluation of subcontractors, orientation and experience in EHS and AZDP control, high-level English, and availability to travel are also essential.
