Project Installation Manager

As a Project Installation Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful installation of our projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality, cost, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage installation activities, ensuring alignment with project strategy and compliance with D&IS SIG and SECURITY standards.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business, including Project Manager, Project Core Team, Regional Centre Installation Manager, and Regional Centre EHS Manager.
  • Manage internal interfaces with Projects Engineering, Industrial, Supply Chain, Test and Commissioning, Sourcing, and external technical interfaces with Partners, Third Parties, and Customers.
  • Organize and lead installation activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor and report on QCD performances, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring EHS compliance.
  • Assess and manage subcontractor performance, generating action plans and progress reports.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in field work execution in the railway sector, preferably in signalling and infrastructure activities.
  • Experience in management and evaluation of subcontractors, EHS, and AZDP control.
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Availability to travel and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
