Treasury Finance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Analyst to join our team at Celonis, a global leader in Process Mining technology. As a Treasury Analyst, you will play a critical role in building a best-in-class Treasury department, supporting the company's expansion into new markets and countries.
The successful candidate will report directly to Ivan Troufanov, our Vice President of Finance, and will be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining Treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Monitoring daily cash balances and completing daily cash models to inform business decisions.
- Managing bank accounts, authorized signers, and direct debits to streamline global banking operations.
- Administering global cash and currency management, including cash flow forecasting and analysis.
- Supporting investment management and cash flow forecasting, modeling, and budgeting.
- Establishing close working relationships with internal customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborating with collections and accounts payable teams to optimize cash flows and working capital.
- Monitoring and administering outstanding local debt.
- Executing strategic Treasury transactions and special projects as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Related corporate finance experience and familiarity with cash instruments.
- Experience with bank administration and bank account maintenance.
- Experience with financial basics and cash flow forecasting, modeling, and budgeting.
- Experience in internal and external customer and partner management.
- Familiarity with financial markets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiasm and passion for excellence.
- Self-Starter.
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance; or equivalent years of experience.
- A minimum of 2-5 years in corporate treasury or similar finance function, preferably in a rapidly growing, multi-national private or public corporation, banking, or public accounting firm.
