Financial Treasury Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Analyst to join our team at Ebury. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting our company's growth and expansion into new markets.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Treasury Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective treasury policies and procedures to ensure the efficient management of our cash and financial resources.
- Monitor Cash Balances and Complete Daily Cash Model: Regularly review and analyze our cash balances to ensure we are meeting our financial obligations and making informed decisions about our cash management.
- Manage Bank Accounts and Authorized Signers: Assist in the opening and maintenance of bank accounts, as well as the management of authorized signers to streamline our global banking structure.
- Administer Global Cash and Currency Management: Oversee the administration of our global cash and currency management, including cash flow forecasting, modeling, and budgeting.
- Support Investment Management: Assist in the administration and management of our investment portfolio, ensuring that our investments are aligned with our company's financial goals and objectives.
- Conduct Financial Analysis and Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to analyze our cash flows, liquidity, and counterparty risk in FX derivatives.
- Support Cash Flow and Currency Forecasting: Assist in the development and maintenance of cash flow and currency forecasting models to ensure accurate predictions and informed decision-making.
- Establish Close Working Partnerships: Foster close working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and Administer Outstanding Local Debt: Regularly review and manage our outstanding local debt to ensure compliance with financial regulations and minimize risk.
- Perform Treasury Work and Special Projects: Assist in the execution of various strategic treasury transactions and special projects as required.
- Related Corporate Finance Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in corporate treasury or a related finance function, preferably in a rapidly growing, multi-national private or public corporation, banking, or public accounting firm.
- Financial Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance, or equivalent years of experience.
