About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Management Specialist to join our team at Samaipata. As a key member of our sales and product teams, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our financial management platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with our sales team to engage with potential clients, understand their financial management needs, and present tailored solutions.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our treasury products and stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Solution Design: Work with clients to design and propose customized solutions that address their specific challenges in financial management.
  • Demo Presentations: Lead product demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our treasury SaaS solutions to prospective clients.
  • RFP/RFI Responses: Assist in preparing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with our product management and development teams to relay client feedback, influence product enhancements, and ensure alignment with market needs.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to internal sales teams and partners, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our product and its value proposition.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities, trends, and threats within the financial management space.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent our company at industry events, webinars, and conferences, positioning us as a thought leader in financial management.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in treasury management, presales, or a related field, preferably within a Fintech or SaaS environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
  • Customer-Centric Attitude: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive and analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, financial software, and treasury management systems.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) is a plus.
  • Languages: Working proficiency in English & fluent in Spanish.
