About the Role

FeverUp is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Finance Administrative Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting and coordinating with various financial areas, including Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Billing.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the management and submission of taxes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting the preparation of annual accounts, tax and legal matters, and management of payments, accounts, and suppliers.
  • Managing and controlling the invoicing and electronic invoicing system (SII), as well as expenses and treasury.
  • Reviewing and verifying the correctness of all invoices, including tax rates and amounts across various jurisdictions.
  • Providing support to all financial departments within the company.
  • Identifying and resolving existing tax-related issues.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in accounting and taxation, preferably in a law firm, management company, or similar role.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in similar roles.
  • A business education background.
  • Some experience in international tax matters is a plus.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of invoicing.
  • Knowledge of business administration and labor legislation within Spain, with familiarity with other jurisdictions an advantage.
  • Experience in handling accounting and invoicing management programs.
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).
