Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Bioscience Instrumentation Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on providing technical support for customers, prioritizing remote resolution and dispatch avoidance, and supporting continuous improvement projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct technical/hardware support assistance to customers
- Foster a customer-centric approach, prioritizing experience and allegiance
- Support continuous improvement projects as requested
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in science/engineering or a related field
- Professional background in life sciences, cell biology, biomedical engineering, or related subjects
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve problems on electronic and mechanical instrumentation in a scientific laboratory environment, focusing on remote resolution
- Application experience with Flow Cytometry
- PREFERRED application experience with Cell Sorting
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in both verbal and written communication in English, with a good command of French or German
- Basic software skills and computer literacy
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
