Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to promote awareness of our brand image internally and externally. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills, with the ability to work a flexible schedule and maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
  • Promote Marriott's Club Son Antem through arranging sales presentations and selling return packages for qualified potential purchasers.
  • Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners.
  • Verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours prior to scheduling a tour for a Marriott vacation club property.
  • Determine and give premiums to guests as gifts for their patronage (e.g., rewards points, vouchers).
  • Answer guest questions about property facilities/services.
  • Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
  • Bilingual English and German.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong work ethic, high energy level, and positive attitude.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Be highly driven and a self-starter.
  • Sales experience preferred.
