Buscan un Sales Development Representative proactivo y motivado para unirse a nuestro creciente equipo de ventas. El SDR será responsable de identificar y generar oportunidades de negocio para ayudar a que nuestro equipo de ventas alcance y exceda sus metas.
- Generar nuevos leads y oportunidades de negocio a través de la prospección, networking y campañas de marketing.
- Calificar leads para determinar si son una buena oportunidad para el negocio.
- Programar reuniones y demostraciones de nuestro producto para el equipo de ventas.
- Mantener un flujo constante de oportunidades de venta en el pipeline.
- Seguir y actualizar la información de leads y oportunidades en nuestro CRM.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de marketing para optimizar campañas y estrategias.
- Proporcionar feedback al equipo de ventas y marketing sobre las tendencias del mercado y las necesidades de los clientes.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência previa en roles de desarrollo de ventas o generación de leads, preferiblemente en la industria de tecnología o hotelera.
- Habilidad para identificar y alcanzar a decisores clave en organizaciones objetivo.
- Fuerte orientación a resultados y habilidades de autogestión.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Familiaridad con herramientas de CRM y ventas.
- Pasión por las ventas y un entendimiento claro del proceso de ventas consultiva.
- Conocimiento del sector hotelero es una ventaja.
