Buscamos a un/a IT SALES / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE en BARCELONA que tendrá como misión prospectar y abrir nuevas cuentas de clientes para generar negocio.
Idealmente buscamos a alguien que le gusta la generación de leads y realizar tareas de prospección.
No se trata de una posición donde se realice el ciclo entero de la venta (inicialmente), aunque hay proyección de realizar el ciclo entero de venta a futuro y convertirse en Business Manager (gestión del ciclo completo de venta).
FUNCIONES que realizarás : Benchmarking : estudiar y detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el mercado.
Prospección : generación y calificación de leads a través de cold calling y cold emailing.
Alcance outbound: Contactar con los tomadores de decisiones clave para presentar nuestros productos/servicios y agendar reuniones para el equipo de ventas (Business Managers) Fomento de relaciones: Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con clientes potenciales para guiarlos a través de las primeras etapas del embudo de ventas.
Gestión de CRM: Registrar y actualizar la información de los prospectos, interacciones y el progreso en el sistema CRM ( Salesforce).
Colaboración: Trabajar en conjunto con todos Business Managers.
REQUISITOS para un buen match : Experiencia de 2 años en un rol similar.
Buscamos un perfil junior/medior Experiencia y conocimientos del mercado español.
Conocimiento de metodologías de ventas y herramientas CRM (por ejemplo, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Valorable positivamente conocimientos del sector IT, incluyendo soluciones en la nube, ciberseguridad, desarrollo de software o soluciones empresariales, es un plus.
Habilidades de comunicación fuertes, tanto escritas como verbales, con capacidad para interactuar e influir en tomadores de decisiones de alto nivel.
Capacidad para gestionar múltiples prospectos y priorizar leads de manera efectiva.
Automotivación y enfoque en resultados con un fuerte deseo de tener éxito.
Inglés alto y fluido (mínimo B2 fluido) para hablar con clientes.
Te apasionan los retos y te consideras un perfil hunter.
Te gusta el desarrollo de negocio y la parte comercial.
Resides en Barcelona.
