Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Telephone Operations: Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, ensuring that all guests receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Front Desk Operations: Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, handle room assignments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with all departments, including housekeeping, concierge, and management.
  • Emergency Procedures: Be fully conversant with hotel emergency procedures, including fire evacuation, bomb threats, and medical emergencies.
